All medical conditions must be declared during registration, and we must be kept up to date with any changes - this can be doing via email to penifootballcoaching@gmail.com, or directly with Phil in person.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class - even if not contagious, children recovering from illness should refrain from vigorous exercise for at least 48hrs.
If a session is cancelled due to weather conditions or coach illness, Penistone Football Coaching will offer a make-up session, or if this is not possible, parents will be refunded.
Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
Penistone Football Coaching reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour. This includes both parents and children!
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up to date should this change
COVID Procedures
Please ensure both parent & child have completed self-check before leaving home (see self-check form we provide).
Please meet in the car park. Do not enter coaching area until told to do so.
Your child's attendance will be marked off our register of registered, fully paid players.
Players must sanitise hands at the station by the entrance to AstroTurf/pitch.
Parents must remain outside AstroTurf.
Players will be allocated a cone on the coaching area at which to stand/sit.
Personal drinks bottle should be placed at the same cone.
Players will be able to sanitise hands again during drinks breaks & at the end of the session.
All equipment is sanitised prior to sessions.
We will limit using our hands to touch equipment wherever possible and will instruct the players to do the same where possible.
